1. Who we are

Machinor LLC ("Machinor", "we") provides social-media content production, scheduling, and publishing services to individual clients (our "Clients"), operated through self-hosted software under the machinor.io domain.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and login credentials for our publishing platform.
• Social account authorizations: OAuth access tokens granted by our Clients for their own social-media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), together with basic profile information (username, ID, profile picture) and page/channel metadata returned by those platforms.
• Content: posts, captions, images, and videos our Clients create or approve for publication on their own accounts.
• Performance data: engagement and analytics metrics returned by the social platforms for the Client's own published content.

We do not collect data about anyone other than our Clients and their own social accounts. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising; only strictly functional session cookies are used to keep users signed in.

3. How we use information

Exclusively to provide the contracted service to each Client: scheduling and publishing content to the Client's own social accounts at their direction, and reporting the performance of that content back to the Client. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use Client data for advertising.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with the social-media platforms the Client has explicitly connected, as necessary to publish the Client's content there, subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policy. No other third parties receive personal data.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by Machinor. Access tokens are held server-side and are never exposed publicly. Administrative access is limited to Machinor personnel, protected by authentication at the network edge and per-account credentials. Client workspaces are isolated from one another.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain data only while the Client relationship is active. Data is deleted upon termination of service or upon request.

Data deletion requests: any Client (or platform user) may request deletion of their data by emailing admin@machinor.io with the subject "Data deletion request". We will remove the associated accounts, stored content, tokens, and analytics within 30 days and confirm by email. You may also revoke our access at any time from your social platform's security settings (e.g., Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites), which immediately invalidates our tokens.

7. Children

Our services are directed to adults and are not offered to children under 18.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy at this URL with an updated effective date.
