Machinor LLC provides social-media content production, scheduling, and publishing services to individual clients under written agreement. Access to our publishing platform is by invitation only; there is no public self-service registration.
Clients connect their own social-media accounts and remain the owners of those accounts and of all content published to them. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content they approve for publication and for complying with the terms of each connected platform.
We publish only content the Client has approved, to the Client's own accounts, using the platforms' official APIs. We do not engage in automated engagement practices (follow/unfollow schemes, bulk messaging, or similar) on any Client account.
The service may not be used to publish unlawful content, spam, or content that violates the policies of the destination platforms.
Either party may terminate the service relationship per the client agreement. Upon termination we delete Client data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Machinor LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including actions taken by third-party platforms on Client accounts.
We will post any changes to these terms at this URL with an updated effective date.
